Thank you to everyone for your complimentary comments about Mandy.  I still want to post a little story about her, but it makes me sad to think about what to say.   :'(  I will do it, though!

My hugs & thoughts go out to help support you through your awful sadness & feelings of loss.  I would love to hear some stories about your lovely girl when you are ready.

She's such a beautiful girl. She looks so much like my Gremlin I have a little tear in my eye.

I too would love to hear the stories, but wait until you are ready. It's hard enough right now without doing something to make yourself cry more. I hope you are able to remember some of the happiness soon.

All my sympathy for your loss of beautiful Mandy.  What a lovely picture.
Rest in peace dear Mandy,  may you be strong and healthy again and be with all our blessed angels over the Rainbow Bridge.

Today marks 6 months since our sweet Mandy left us for her journey to the Rainbow Bridge.  We miss her so very much.   :'(   Wrapping gifts and decorating the house was not as much fun this year without her "help".  And, tomorrow we will miss her batting Christmas paper balls across the living room and crawling into the trash bag of wrapping paper to take a nap.  I don't have to worry about putting bows on the packages now, but there still are no bows this year.  I sadly retired her Christmas stocking and put it with those of our other Angels who await us at the Bridge.  Despite my sadness this Christmas season, I will take comfort in knowing that she is well and happy with our other Angels and that one day we will all be reunited.  Until then, I know that they are all with us in spirit and the love we shared will last forever.   :'(

Mandycat,

I find myself thinking more and more intensely of Mooch as the year comes to a close.  I guess with all the focus on family and being together,...  :'(

I'm sending lots of warmth to you and hope you can laugh with your family about all the funny wrapping paper and ribbon stories.  <<<hugs>>>

Many {{{hugs}}} as you remember your sweet Mandy at this time.  I know all too sadly what that first big holiday without your loved one is like.   :'(

{{{hugs}}} for you and your husband, remembering Mandycat.   :'(

What a lovely poem.
Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.

I feel bad for you and your husband Mandycat.  But Im also so very glad that she had her home with you and was loved and cared for so very much.  Wishing you peace and fond memories of your dear girl this Christmas.
