LOL Alek, hey yah!  I can get Sophers a job doing some cat modeling! The only problem is it would end up costing us more in the long run..you know...the hospital bills we would have to pay after Sopher attacked the photographer.  ;D

Fizzy1

LOL, I snort every time I see the "No Charge" on the bill for nail trim.  Give me a break ::)

Glad Sophers is getting back to normal :)
I once asked a four year old what the secret of life was.  "Feed the kitties," she said, "Feed the kitties."--Ellis Felker

I know Fizzy!  I think my heart might have stopped for a brief second when I heard the amount, lol

The wild child is baaackkk - good to hear!
May your troubles be less,
Your blessings be more,
And nothing but happiness
Come through your door

Wow, sounds like Sophers is ramping things up again, all right! Shadowmice, your toenail trimming technique is the same as mine, wait till kitties are zonked out, sneak up with clippers, and take your chances... ;D

merrihart

I"m amazed you have zonked out kitties!  Mine seem to never go completely under.

Welcome back from dreamland, Sophers.   :-*

;D Good point, merrihart, I use the term "zonked" loosely...a sleepy cat is still alert and ready for action...they can spring up out of a snooze due to a tiny sound we can't even hear....

Hoping Sophers is still on her way back to being....herself.... :)

Yep she seems to be doing much better, more energy to get into trouble with.  Tomorrow is the 14 day mark on the Covenia injection and then we have to wait a week and get the urine sample to take in.  That should be fun! Not.  :D

Oh I'm so glad she is getting back to normal!  Time to torture Meowmie for taking her to the mean ole vet and brushing her teefies.

Very glad most of her labs came out good, but sure hate the coronavirus test is still a bother.  Continuing to pray for my favorite naughty girl!

Thanks Tesla,  right now we are somewhat concerned with that creatinine level.  Although not extremely high, its still above normal and I dont understand what could be causing that in a 3 year old cat.  Our vet says sometimes she just sees that and it might not mean anything but it also could be connected to the coronavirus or something else.  The BUN is normal so that is good.  Does anyone have any ideas what could cause an elevated creatinine but normal bun in a 3 year old cat?  Thats why we are doing the urinalysis, to make sure her kidneys are concentrating good, etc
