Almost 700 signatures this Saturday night August 29. The word's just not getting
out there far and fast enough. In addition to Twitter, anyone on Facebook? Post it
in every blog and on every newspaper that you can think of in response to any
article about animals. Anyone else have additional sources they can think to post
to??? TYIA

Yes, it's called Pet of the Day. There is within the site a Cat of the Day and a Dog of the Day as well. You submit a photo and little bio and if you're lucky you're pet (dog cat snake hamster horse whatever) gets selected to be the dog or cat of the day or the pet of the day if it's not a dog or cat.

I posted on dog general cat general and pet general. In total as of last night it'd had about 40 views but no replies. They aren't a militant lot like us! I like it there though and lots of youngsters post so it has to be warm and fuzzy really. Nice for a change and to remind myself of what it's all about really, warm fur and nuzzling, when all the Horrorjen stuff is getting me down.

Yeah I'm on bl00dy FB - Jeez people post some rubbish on there but it's good to stay in touch with people - I really went on there to set up an irradiation group and NKSyd understood how it works and kindly did it for me - I can post a link but I don't have a wide network. One of my American contacts on POTD site is on there I'll put it on her page later tonight. Howzat?
Has anyone put it on Pamela Brander Myers' forum? What about My Space - is anyone on that? Then yahoo groups and msn stuff which I have absolutely no idea about. What about getting off pet forums and onto other interest groups you're in where some people are bound to have pets?  Especially groups/forums for older school kids who are coming up to voting age and love their pets. Just trying to think outside the box really.
