I can hardly see to type through my tears.

I am so very heartbroken for your loss of Thunder. The love you shared came right through cyberspace and touched me so very much. You have 20 years of memories, and I hope that in the coming days you will be able to smile as you think of them. The time you had with her since your first post here was indeed a gift, and I thank you for sharing that gift with us. She was a very special little catgirl and will never be forgotten. She will be waiting at the Bridge. Rest in peace, sweet, beautiful Angel Thunder.

-- I just got to this thread again. I'm so sad to hear Thunder is gone. You will always be her Angel and she'll be watching over you until you're reunited. Such a love between you two. That will live on forever.

Bones, Red, please welcome little Thunder to her new life. She needs friends like you. Tell her to visit Ned in the next few days to let him know she's OK. Thanks, boys.

Ned, if you can, light a candle at home for the next few days to remind her where home is. They always return to the light.

She was a great grand cat, was Thunder.

I'm very sad to hear about Thunder, Ned. You must be desperate with grief and very lonely without her. You did magnificantly well by her in her final illness, and obviously for her entire life with you. She lived long and fought well, and now is finally at rest.

As others have said, we're all here for you as you adjust to life without her physical presence. I hope she visits you often and brings you good messages from the other side. Peace & prayers to you & sweet angel Thunder.

Oh Ned my heart is sad too. You two shared what we all know as pet parents that 'special' bond that nothing can come between. May beautiful Thunder now be free to run and play with no more pain.

I am still very upset but I want you all to know that Thunder died peacefully in her own bed. I brought her bed to the vet's office. The vet did a wonderful job of taking care of Thunder in her last moments. I couldn't have asked for more. Thunder made more of an impression than I ever knew because all the people in the vet's office had tears in their eyes. I was a little surprised. I think my vet was just as upset as I was. They are a really good bunch of people. Like you guys!

Ned- I am so glad Thunder had her own bed to go to her final rest in. How could she not have affected the vet and tech's ? Look how she affected all of us.I hope you are okay today,please take care of yourself.
