Positive thoughts for Scrapper

My Scrapper is in at the vet today for tests - he has been exhibiting some odd neurological type symptoms lately (episodes with compulsive circling, dilated eyes, twitchiness) so we are trying to rule out possibilities. Unfortunately he really freaks out even for the most basic handling so they'll have to sedate him to examine him and get blood samples and xrays done. Any positive thoughts directed his way would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that Scrapper is ailing.  I know how awful vet visits can be for some cats.  Sending positive thoughts to Scrapper and to you!

The symptoms do sound neurological, and remind me a bit of hyperesthesia syndrome, which one of my cats (Phantom) exhibited until I took corn out of her diet.

I hope they can find out what is causing this for Scrapper.

I hope Scrapper gets through his vet visit in one piece and has something easily treatable, Shadowmice.  Those symptoms do sound neurological, but since it seems intermittant, it doesn't seem likely to be a stroke.  Let us know how he is when you get back.  Prayers and good thougths for the two of you today!
